Donor Testing for Field Blood Transfusion
Before or alongside a field transfusion, the donor's blood should be tested for blood-borne diseases. This module carries the items used to collect the donor sample for that testing.
Pairs With
North American Rescue designed it to go with the Field Blood Transfusion Kit - Basic (FBTK-B, item 83-0022). Together, NAR says, they hold the supplies needed to carry out a field blood transfusion.
Who It Is For
Field blood transfusion is for trained medical teams following their own protocols. This module is not for untrained users.
