The EFAK Expeditionary First Aid Kit is built for first responders who need maximum capability in a minimum footprint. Designed for expeditionary military forces and tactical medics, this compact IFAK delivers essential point of wounding care for penetrating, blast, and other traumatic injuries encountered in the line of duty. Sized to integrate with other mission load outs, the EFAK provides a small cube that carries mission critical supplies without adding bulk to a plate carrier or patrol pack. At just 6 by 3 by 3 inches and weighing approximately 1 pound 3 ounces, it enables rapid access and immediate treatment where seconds matter.

Low profile platform and fast attachment

This kit uses a rugged nylon platform designed for vertical or horizontal carry, allowing operators to position care exactly where they need it. The low profile layout conserves space on a vest or kit, while an external MOLLE tourniquet holder accepts common combat tourniquets, sold separately. Treatment pack out is set to Advanced, supporting escalation from initial hemorrhage control to more complex stabilizing interventions. The platform is compatible with quick detach panels sold separately, offering modularity for unit specific configurations, and it is deliberately half the size of a popular larger platform to improve placement options in dense load outs.
