Hasty Harness
Ready Rescue Webbing for Fast Extractions
The Hasty Harness is a compact, deployable webbing system designed for rapid use in high threat and time critical rescue scenarios. With an overall circumference of approximately 21 ft 10 in the harness converts quickly into hoist loops, improvised litter ties, casualty harnesses and anchor extensions, providing versatility when standard kits are not available. Lightweight at 9.4 oz it stows easily in a pack or pouch and deploys without complex assembly, making it ideal for military operators, tactical medics, EMS crews and urban search and rescue teams who need a reliable, multi purpose harness during extraction and packaging evolutions.
Purpose Built Materials and Measured Strength
Built from 1 in Tech Tape webbing, the Hasty Harness pairs knot ability with proven tensile performance. The Tech Tape webbing carries a minimum break strength of 4400 lb while the sewn sling section provides a 6000 lb minimum break strength for critical load points. The loop measures 10 ft 11 in long and 1 in wide, enabling secure wraps and hasty harness configurations. Opposing color thread is sewn into the construction to aid fast visual inspection, helping teams verify stitching integrity before and after each use.
Tactical Grade Construction and Quality Control
Constructed from 100% nylon webbing and a sewn sling section, this harness is engineered for abrasion resistance, flexibility and longevity in austere environments. Stitching uses contrasting thread for immediate detection of wear or damage, and the sewn sling exceeds the strength of the Tech Tape webbing for primary load bearing tasks. The harness is packaged compactly at 6.6 in by 4.3 in by 1 in for convenient carriage. It is made in America and intended for use by trained professionals, with caution that it is not meant to be shock loaded and must be inspected before and after every use.
Adaptable Applications Across Rescue Settings
The Hasty Harness excels in environments where adaptability is paramount, such as high threat extractions, confined space evacuations, hoist operations and ad hoc patient packaging. Teams can fashion anchor systems, secure casualties for vertical movement, or extend existing rope systems using the 21 ft 10 in circumference of 1 in webbing. Its low weight and small packed footprint make it appropriate for patrol kits, tactical bags, rescue rigs and vehicle toolboxes, supporting law enforcement, fire rescue, EMS and operational rescue personnel who require modular, dependable webbing solutions.
