The low profile footprint reduces snag risk while keeping contents protected from contaminants and light moisture. Note that the IPOK® is sold separately, the holder is sized to accept standard IPOK layouts and allows rapid insertion and retrieval during high stress casualty care and routine patrol tasks.

Purpose built closure and attachment system

The carrier combines multiple secure closure options to fit user preference, the enclosure can be secured by snap buckle, hook and loop, or both, allowing a balance of speed and retention. Attachment is via PALS MOLLE style connectors that integrate with vests, chest rigs, and pack webbing for a stable ride. With internal dimensions tailored for IPOK kits, the holder keeps kit geometry intact so supplies do not shift. At H 6.5 in. x W 6 in. x D 3.5 in., and weighing just 4.1 oz, it adds minimal bulk yet provides a secure, repeatable mounting point wherever rapid medical access is required.
