Six Berman Oral Airways in One Set

An oral airway only helps when its length matches the patient, so a crew needs more than one size within reach. The Lightning X LXOPA6 set puts six Berman-style oropharyngeal airways in one pack, color coded so the size you need is easy to pick out: a 40 mm infant airway at one end and a 110 mm adult airway at the other. Each airway has two channels running along its body, so a suction catheter can still be passed if the airway moves or partly clogs, and a rigid bite block that keeps the patient from biting it closed. Its honest limit: an OPA is only for a patient who is deeply unresponsive with no gag reflex, and it should be sized and placed by someone trained to do it.
