The Smallest Way to Carry a Tourniquet Kit
The Micro IFAK keeps bleeding control and basic wound care in a vacuum-packed pouch that reseals once opened. It weighs about 0.71 pounds and measures roughly 5.5 by 2.25 by 7 inches.
Bleeding Control
- 1 orange C-A-T tourniquet
- 1 four-inch Responder ETD
- 1 QuikClot bleeding control bandage
Wound Care
- 1 BurnTec burn dressing (4 by 4 inches)
- 10 fabric bandages, a pack of 6 moleskin bandages and a pack of 10 wound closure strips
- 2 gauze pads, 2 clear adhesive dressings, 2 silver bandages and 2 petrolatum gauze strips
- NAR flat tape and one 10 cc syringe for rinsing wounds
- 1 pair of large Bear Claw nitrile gloves
