Two Bleeding Control Kits Beside the AED

Severe bleeding can become fatal within minutes, sometimes before responders get there. The Twin Pack keeps two kits' worth of bleeding control supplies in one case sized to share an AED cabinet with the AED, where people already know to look in an emergency.

Choose a Level

Basic, Intermediate (adds chest seals), Advanced BCD and Advanced Celox (add a hemostatic dressing).

Basic Twin Pack Contents

• 2 orange C-A-T tourniquets
• 2 four-inch Flat Responder ETDs
• 2 NAR wound packing gauze
• 2 pairs of large Responder nitrile gloves and 1 pair of Responder trauma shears (7.25 inches)
• 2 NAR emergency survival blankets (56 by 96 inches)
• 2 small markers and 2 Just in Time picture instruction cards

Size

Roughly 10 by 9 by 3 inches; about 1.66 pounds.

Good to Know

Call 911 first, or have someone call, then use the kit. The kit is for helping until emergency responders arrive; it does not replace them. The illustrated card inside walks through each step.
