With up to 10 hours of continuous heat, a built in hood to protect the head, and 1.5 in. continuous hook and loop closures for rapid 360 degree access, the HPMK-I reduces core temperature loss during transport, extrication, or extended field care.

Its 5 ply composite fabric pairs a protected non conductive reflective layer with a new insulating layer that improves thermal retention even when wet. The oxygen activated, self heating 4 Cell Ready Heat blanket requires no external power source, sustaining dry heat for up to 10 hours. The shell is tapered from top to bottom to maximize isothermal performance around the casualty, while the vacuum packaged pouch and small packed footprint make the kit easy to stow on vehicles, litter systems, or individual bags.
