MedEVAC Litter
Rapid Deployment Rescue, Built for Active Incidents
The MedEVAC Litter is engineered for first responders who need fast, reliable patient movement during active shooter, mass casualty, disaster, and tactical operations. Its quad fold design deploys quickly from a compact package, and at just 13.5 lb it is light enough for single operator carry while maintaining a load capacity of up to 1,200 lb. Built in patient securing buckles and six IV attachment points keep an injured patient stable and accessible during transport. Ergonomically designed handles provide better grip and control during prolonged carries, stair descents, or uneven terrain, helping teams move patients faster, safer, and with less fatigue.
Locking Joint Technology, Secure by Design
At the heart of this litter is a patented joint configuration that locks the Leg Crossbar in place, preventing unintentional collapsing during lifts and carries. The locking joints deliver consistent stability when transferring patients between teams, or when mounting litter stands and back rests. The quad fold geometry creates a compact 21.5 in folded profile that fits into vehicle compartments and rescue kits, while the robust frame geometry distributes load to support heavy patients without sag. The folding mechanism is intuitive, allowing crews to deploy the system under stress with predictable movements, reducing setup time and minimizing the risk of accidental folding mid transport.
Rugged Light Weight Construction, Built to Last
This litter balances high strength with low weight, combining durable materials and reinforced weld points to stand up to repeated field use. The lightweight frame enables rapid carry and repositioning, while surface finishes resist abrasion and environmental exposure common to outdoor and tactical operations. Patient securing buckles are integrated into the platform for consistent restraint without extra straps, and the six IV attachment points are distributed to support multi line management. Components are engineered for serviceability, with replacement parts available for routine maintenance, making the litter a long term asset for agencies that require dependable evacuation gear under austere conditions.
Multi Mission Compatibility, From TACEVAC to Mass Casualty
The MedEVAC Litter is versatile across a wide range of operational contexts. It integrates with 33 in litter stands and variable back rest systems sold separately, enabling horizontal or elevated patient care. Use it for tactical casualty evacuation, pre hospital EMS transfers, law enforcement rescue, disaster response, and aeromedical handoffs. Its compact folded height and lightweight profile make it ideal for rapid response teams, patrol medics, and event medical staff who must move quickly between scenes. Available in subdued black green and high visibility orange black finishes, the litter adapts to concealment or visibility oriented missions as needed.
