SAM® Splint, aka "The Pocket Cast" is offered in this 'Junior' size for smaller individuals or for situations where a smaller device is preferred, such as stabilizing a sprain or minor fracture to the wrist. The SAM® Junior/18" offer the same lightness, strength and radiolucency as all the SAM® Splint models.
